Utsav, meaning “festival” in Sanskrit, embodies the richness and diversity of India’s culinary heritage. Since our inception, we have delighted our guests with regional specialties from across the Indian subcontinent, curated by our talented chef and co-owner Antony Parapilly, and served with warmth by our front-of-house partner, Thankachan Joseph.
